I didn't have a stencil to make the shamrocks so I stuck one of these chair pad things to the end of a pencil ... I don't have a close up of the "Shamrocks" to show you ..but I just dipped the little pad in paint and made three dots and a stem .... You get the picture. :^)

What a cute idea! The cupcakes look delicious too. I made corned beef and cabbage for dinner too, the cabbage tastes the best to me for some reason! Happy St. Patrick's Day Betty!
