When you have lemons ... make lemonade.
My friend Kelly gave me a bunch of lemons .. which are a treasure since we can not grow citrus where we live... So this is what I did with some of them.
froze them over night ...
Put them in a Ziploc .. Put them back in the freezer..
so now they are ready for baking or cooking .
.or to make some ..
"lemonade"

I just used my 4 Meyer lemons from our little tree and make Fresh Lemon Mousse from this recipe:

It was amzing!!! I used Wilton Meringue Powder instead of raw egg whites, though.
